Safe Water - A Life Changing Gift for Petrona & Daughter
Petrona Yaxon is a single mother living in San Antonio Suchitepéquez, Guatemala. She is raising her young daughter on her own, relying on occasional informal work that provides very little and unpredictable income. Although Petrona’s home has running tap water outside, it is not safe to drink. The water is contaminated and has caused illness for both her and her daughter. A simple clean water filter would make a life-changing difference for this small family.

Strengthen Security at Our Safe Home with a Guard Dog 🐕
Since opening our long-term counseling safe home in 2016, our guard dogs have played an important role in helping keep the girls in our care safe. We originally purchased four German Shepherds (three females and one male), and over the years they have produced several generations of puppies. Unfortunately, because the dogs have been breeding within the same bloodline, we have begun seeing signs of inbreeding. Some puppies have been born with physical birth defects or cognitive challenges. Most recently, we sadly lost a puppy that was born with a severe cleft palate. To help address this issue, we are seeking to purchase a new male German Shepherd to introduce a healthy bloodline into the breeding population. This will improve the long-term health of future puppies while helping us maintain a strong and effective security presence at the safe home. Healthy guard dogs help us provide a safer environment for the 98 girls living in our counseling program, allowing them to focus on healing, discipleship, education, and rebuilding their lives.

Safe Desks for Preschool Children in Guatemala
The preschool in Plan de Ávila, Guatemala urgently needs child-sized classroom tables. The desks currently in use are too large, broken, and unsafe for preschoolers, causing discomfort and minor injuries. Providing sturdy, properly sized tables will create a safe, supportive environment where these young children can learn and thrive with dignity.

Provide Internet for Orphan in Medical School
Mercy is a 5th-year medical student with a dream of becoming a doctor and serving his community. As an orphan—both parents have passed—he has no other support. Mercy relies on the internet for his classes, research, and assignments but struggles to afford the fees. Without access, his education is at risk. A small monthly contribution will help Mercy stay connected, continue his studies, and move one step closer to becoming the doctor he aspires to be.
